TRAINING 2000 is a VET organisation certified in the Marche Region with an extensive experience in education and training in different sectors. At EU level, Training 2000 is involved in research and development of new methodologies in training (blended learning) applied within continuous training and adult education.
Bit management Beratung GmbH
The bit management Beratung GmbH (AT) was founded in the mid 2000s and is still a member of the bit group. The bit group is the biggest private owned training and qualification provider in Austria. Bit management was merged with the Cleaner Production Center (CPC) Austria in July 2015.
Our mission is to provide a professional infrastructure and quality high level trainings for adults and pupils. With the incorporation of the CPC Austria, which is now a department of the bit management we function as an information source and for environmental and Cleaner Production issues.
During the past 5 years the further development in the fields of businesses led us towards consulting and training.
Environmental consulting (eco- and energy-efficiency, resource efficiency, waste- management, Cleaner Production and sustainability) for companies, schools, organizations and authorities of different sizes and from different branches is now one of our core activities.
Environmental training is the second important issue. Here it is the program ECOPROFIT Assistant, which brings environmental and sustainability knowledge to individuals on different levels and of different ages in the world of work. It aims at individuals who enter the workplace (pupils, apprentices), individuals who are preparing to reenter the workplace (unemployed, returners) and employees.
At the moment the bit management employs 50 persons and cooperates with approximately 100 trainers.
Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (MSKU)
MSKU was established in 1992 as a state university with four proposed faculties: the Faculty of Arts & Sciences and Humanities, the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, the Faculty of Technical Education and the Faculty of Fisheries. Mugla School of Management, founded in 1975, originally affiliated with the Ankara Academy of Economics and Administrative Sciences, was the first higher education institution in Muğla. It then became the first faculty of Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University upon its establishment. In addition, Muğla Vocational School, founded in 1989 as part of Izmir Dokuz Eylül University, joined Muğla University. Over the past 20 years, the university has grown to include 20 faculties,4 graduate schools, 16 vocational schools, and 47 research and application centres. Since its establishment, Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University has been in pursuit of quality higher education and research in order to contribute to the sociocultural, scientific, and technological development of Turkey. Today, Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University encompasses a two million square metre campus surrounded by a spectacular mountain view and smaller university sites and schools across the province. Currently, the university services over 45,000 students and employs over 1, 600 full time academic staff.

The primary objective of the Faculty of Business and Economics is the education of economists, engineering managers and the further education and retraining of executives in a wide range of business areas. Faculty of Business and Economics has an open eyes to EU funded projects to cooperate with other actors of scientific life providing focus on their own research area and letting influence by other skills and experiences. Results of the different projects are always built in the development strategies offering open-minded and modern approach to researchers, lecturers and students as well.
Faculty of Business and Economics operates with three institutes and ten departments and has six programmes taught full in English.
