Project meeting in Graz

The 3rd meeting of the EcoMode project was held on the 26-27 of October in Graz, Austria. Meeting was organized by Austrian partner – Bit management Beratung GmbH. During the meeting partners, responsible for each Output of the project, represented current state of the work done and received feedback of other partners. Besides, there were updated some millstones of the project implementation and its future development in a whole. Current challenges and burning issues were discussed as well. A meeting was perfectly organized by an Austrian partner and was conducted in positive and constructive atmosphere.

 

 

 

 

 

Project Management lecture, Faculty of Business and Economics, University of Pannonia

Dóra Jankó, project manager of EcoMode project held a lecture to international students of UP where the EcoMode project was introduced and some case studies were solved in connection with the project.

International experts from tourism sector who deal with youth support and volunteering had a stop at the University of Pannonia. The participants were from Argentina, Uruguay, France, Portugal, Paraguay, Spain and Germany. The Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics, dr. Beáta Fehérvölgyi welcomed the guests and after that the professional leader of EcoMode project, dr. Viktória Csizmadiáné Czuppon introduced our university, the international projects and led the professional discussion with the visitors. link to video.

 


 

 

 


 

Dissemination Activities of MSKU

September 13, 2019

The dissemination plan has been published by Training 2000 in November 2018. Accordance with this plan requirements, MSKU’s dissemination process includes some activities which are below:

– We shared the project details on MSKU web page

According to MSKU internal policy, The EU projects of MSKU are published on University webpage. For this reason, EcoMode has published since it was approved.

– One of the Muğla’s local journal has shared the project new with the local people. We will share the scanned version on the project’s web page.

– Our associated partner MUTSO shared the project details with their members via social media tools and messages.

– We introduced the project to our colleagues at the MSKU Project Center “MUPKOM” after kickoff meeting of the project. Also we will share the project web page link when it works on the same page.

– After project has been approved, the project brief was introduced to the national and international accountants who are working with SMEs during 15th International Conference on Accounting (13-15 September 2018, Nevşehir/Turkey).

Second EcoMode project meeting in Tbilisi, Georgia

The second transnational project meeting is organized in Tbilisi, Georgia from 23 – 25 May 2019. The project partners will discuss the foreseen outputs, activities and related deadlines. More news will be posted shortly after the meeting. Follow us!

EcoMode good practices collection for ECO- innovation in hospitality Industry

The “EcoMode good practices collection for ECO- innovation in hospitality Industry” first result of the project is published online. The report consists in the collection of good practices in eco-innovative business in the hospitality industry in partners countries. When collecting the best practices the partners considered different aspects (product/service innovation, production innovation, organization innovation, marketing innovation, eco-innovative solutions) of companies working in the hospitality industry. Every project partner has described good practices of SMEs in the hospitality industry developing eco-innovative solutions. You can download the report here.

Intellectual output activities so far (O1&O2):

First of all in O1 we collected our partners’ opinion about eco-innovation tourism and its possible and necessary competences and basic knowledge. According to our previous good practices excel table 6 examples were collected. From these examples we chose the two most complexed ones. We are the lead partner of O2. According to our first knowledge we started to make a competence map model. We are working on the PaTheNt model, which can be useful for our project results and for the managers who deal with tourism.

Kick off Meeting in Fano – Italy

EcoMode project’s Kick off meeting was held on 22 – 23 November 2018 in Fano, Italy. Training 2000, the project coordinator, hosted the project partners coming from Austria, Georgia, Hungary and Turkey. During the meeting the project partners presented their own organisations and contribution to the project. The project outputs and related activities were presented and agreed upon. The meeting was crucial to make decisions about the future of the EcoMode project.
